You will be billed a one-time activation fee of $10.00 dollars.
With HomeChoice, you get the benefit of an expanded calling
area where you can use your Included Minutes. You can also
travel outside of your HomeChoice area and pay just $0.50 per
minute for airtime within the 50 states. (Long distance charges
may apply).
HomeChoice plans are available in selected markets. Customer must provide a billing address within a GTE Wireless market where HomeChoice plans are available. HomeChoice INCLUDED Minutes cannot be used for international calls or roaming calls requiring a credit card. Roaming is subject to brownout areas. Unused Included Minutes do not carry over to the next month. In GTE Wireless digital markets certain Homechoice plans require a digital phone. Some digital features may not be available outside your Local Service Area. A one year service agreement, credit check and activation fee are required on all rate plans. An early termination fee applies for early cancellation of service. Directory Assistance, landline interconnect, assessments, fees and taxes are additional. All calls are billed in one-minute increments, and partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. In certain GTE Wireless markets certain HomeChoice plans require a digital phone. |

What's the difference between EasternChoice and GTE's local
wireless plan? For a small additional monthly charge, we'll add
EasternChoice to your local (HomeChoice) wireless plan. This
lets you call from anywhere within the Eastern U.S. with no
roaming charges. You can also travel within the Western U.S.
and pay just $0.50 per minute for airtime. (Long distance
charges may apply). We've made it easy for you to view the
monthly charges that make up EasternChoice by listing them
in the table above.
EasternChoice service is subject to the coverage and availability of service of the serving wireless carrier in each market. EasternChoice plans are available in selected markets. Customer must provide a billing address within a GTE Wireless market where EasternChoice plans are available.
